We have been very fortunate to have on loan at the stud the beautiful Lindisfarne Ptarmigan. Bred by Shiela & Jane Henderson.

Ptarmigan is a lovely Section B mare and we are proud that she is with us. Many many thanks to Sheila and Jane at the Lindisfarne Stud for loaning her to us and helping us start out in the Section B world!! x

 

 

The patter of tiny hooves has reached us here in Northumberland and 2010 has seen a wonderful selection of foals.

The majority of the shetland foals will be for sale once weaned.

 

 

The Bronze For Fosterhouses Philosopher

 

 

We are so excited that Fosterhouses Philosopher bronze medalled again this year at EMWPCA Summer Show. We are absolutely thrilled!!!!  

 We are having a terrific show year up to press following the EMWPCA

Fosterhouses Philosopher went on to take 2nd in the Section A Stallion Class at Cheshire County and continued by receiving 1st in the Section A stallion Class at Lanchester and taking Senior Champion.

(Harry) Fosterhouses Philosopher then attended the NCPA show at Streatlam Farm and  followed by winning Welsh A & B class then overall stallion then ending the day by winning the In Hand Supreme Champion. What an amazing time we all are having and of course Harry who is stealing everyones heart at the moment.
