The Old Vicarage Stud lies within the heart of the Northern Pennines overlooking the picturesque village of Carrshield in Northumberland. The farm itself has been present here since the 1600's and stands nearly 1800ft above sea level making us one of the highest studs in the country. The Stud has various facilities including a stable courtyard, a seperate stallion yard, a covering barn, a foaling box with private view facilities so we can keep a close eye on the mare and foal without causing any unecessary stress, a youngstock barn,and a pony solarium.
